This had to be one of my alltime favorite locations I’ve worked in. What I love about NYC is that you never know whats hiding behind a door. This decrepit theater was enormous and had been abandoned for several decades.
One of my favorite shots from an editorial shot with Veronica Gledhill and Peter Goldman. The location was amazing- an abandoned, decrepit theater hidden behind a Brooklyn furniture store.
Heres an up-close shot of the makeup I did for Candice Swanepoel. Because it was a swim shoot, we wanted to keep it natural and fresh. I used a darker foundation to create an even tan, filled in brows with a pencil from Anastasia, applied Clinique cream black eyeliner just in the lashline, and applied Candice’s favorite nude lipliner from Victorias Secret.
